We ordered cheese dippers and garlic mushroom starter and the pulled pork Parmesan and hunters chicken. The quality and freshness made the whole meal very enjoyable. Will most definitely be back. Also very friendly staff

well what can i say probably the best parmo i have had in years just drove all the way from darlington for this mexican parmo was unbelievably good 5 stars to the chef great friendly staff very welcoming and amazing pub will be back

Went here for Christmas meal with my work colleagues. Fantastic food! I had the beef gravy bun with chips. Beef was lovely and chips were skin on and so tasty. The dish came with pigs in blankets (pibs) in a nod to the season. My colleagues had the pork bun which came with stuffing, chips and pibs on the side. One of our party ordered pork belly and chips from the tapas menu which was succulent with excellent crispy crackling. Some of us managed to fit in a dessert, Belgian waffles and hot chocolate fudge cake yum! All in all a lovely experience. The W&H is up for sale and we wish the owner all the best in his new venture....we will find him!

We went yesterday evening, there were 11 of us as it was mams birthday. Staff went above and beyond as they arranged all the seating so we could all sit together before we all we got there. The food was amazing and everyone said they would all go back. Staff and manager were lovely and very helpful. We had a great time.

Lovely little place!! We've just had a lovely tapas for 2. It was really busy, with a friendly bubbly atmosphere. Decor was nice and there is a lovely, cute outdoor area, which will be gorgeous when the sun is shining. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The menu is limited and there are specials which change regularly. The food was excellent. The SPICY BEEF is incredible!! The absolute star of the show. YOU MUST TRY IT 😍 Highly recommended
